Mr. Clint Saunders

Mr. Clint Saunders is a professor of practice in the Texas A&M University Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications. His teaching interests lie in the field of agricultural communications, specifically publication production and emerging technology.

Saunders served as the Director of Communications at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for 18 years. In this role, he managed a team of communications professionals to develop and execute all aspects of external communications for the annual event. His responsibilities included public relations, social media, crisis communications, email and SMS marketing, and website and mobile app development. During his time at the Rodeo, he worked closely with Texas A&M faculty, overseeing all communications and marketing interns from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Saunders teaches undergraduate courses in media writing, production, and concepts, and he serves as the leader of the Agricultural Communications and Journalism program.
